An Introduction to Equality and Diversity
Wednesday, September 29, 2010
10.00am - 12 noon
Stower Grange Hotel

Complaints about discrimination are amongst the most complicated and time consuming issues for managers. Inequality within the workplace can be difficult to recognise for those unfamiliar with the law. The stakes are high, last year there were over 80,000 discrimination complaints made to Employment Tribunals in Great Britain. In this training session we show you how to comply with the legal framework protecting employees from discrimination in the workplace. We focus on practical steps to devise and implement an approach toward equal opportunities which protects your staff and your business.

Who should attend?
