Utilities Audit – paying for energy you don’t use?
As part of our procurement service we will look for any incorrect charging from suppliers, check your KVA (power supply) and Maximum Demand (highest level of consumption). Your Power Factor will be analysed and we can install correction equipment, if necessary, to optimise efficiency and eliminate cost penalties.
Energy Efficiency Surveys – reduce your bills and carbon emissions
Our professional engineers are Carbon Trust approved to undertake energy evaluation site surveys that will typically identify opportunities to reduce consumption by 10 to 30%. To qualify for a FREE Carbon Trust survey your total annual gas, electricity and oil costs must exceed £50,000 and this can include expenditure on more than one site.
