These special forms are normally required for shipments to any of the following Arab League Nations:

Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Djibouti, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, UAE, & Yemen.

Some importers in these territories have special arrangements with their own customs authorities whereby European Certificates can be used instead of the Arab ones so check with your customer before proceeding.

Please note that if your customer is asking for an Arab Certificate, this does mean that the document MUST be legalised by the relevant Embassy which will incur extra charges and take longer to process – call our office for an up to date cost for this as required.

As with the European Certificates, you will need to include back up documents to assist us in processing the document

You can apply for the Certificates in many ways:

• ACERT
  Electronic system of submitting your documents to us, which we would then forward on for legalisation by the Embassy. Click here for further details.
  
  
• POST/DROP-OFF
  You complete the 3-part form and send it in to us and when the Embassy return it to us, we can either post it back to you or you can collect it.
  
  
• PREP
  We can type the Certificate for you if you are unsure how to complete the forms
