Norfolk Chamber of Commerce has a whole new look today thanks to an eye-catching and vibrant re-branding. However, the fresh image is far more than a change of logo – it’s all about important growth, being part of a powerful network and offering radically better services to local companies.

We’re growing together – and we’re growing stronger as part of The Ultimate Business Network. Norfolk Chamber, I am proud to say, is blazing a trail nationally: we are the first of 56 Chambers across the country to adopt the new British Chambers of Commerce branding.

The new branding is radically different to anything we’ve used before and visibly demonstrates the type of organisation the Chamber has evolved into over the past few years.

The new identity reinforces the idea of helping businesses to grow – and connectivity, with us all being part of a spreading network of chambers nationally and internationally, with strong roots. There are 100,000 chamber members nationally and Norfolk businesses can access that hugely powerful network through us.

Our website – www.norfolkchamber.co.uk – has been completely rebuilt as part of the new branding, with far more emphasis on engaging you, our members, through online interaction and new technology.

The new site will be live by the end of the week, and aims to provide a 24/7 chamber service and will include facilities for online event booking, podcasts, video and audio clips, online polls and member forums to debate important issues affecting businesses. These new features will continue to be developed over the coming months.

Using the expertise and grassroots knowledge of the chamber area councils in Norwich, Yarmouth, the Brecks and West Norfolk, we can present a cohesive voice of local business. This hi-tech new website will help us gather opinions of our members with speed and precision.

Our ambition is to make the Chamber an essential ingredient in growing businesses of every size and sector. Being part of The Ultimate Business Network will take things to even greater heights: regionally, nationally and internationally.

Our members are our most important assets – and we never forget that. Connectivity is the key to business success whether it’s access to suppliers, new customers or important up-to-date information.
