Ideas - For Education & Enterprise

This section contains details of the programmes we are currently offering to schools. At the Norfolk Chamber we are constantly reviewing and updating our programmes and are working in partnership with schools and businesses to further enterprise education. Businesses recognise that they need to invest in young people who will become the workforce of tomorrow. Our programmes provide a way to promote better understanding between employers and young people so that both groups benefit.

WorkWise

Probably the best-known Norfolk Chamber programme, WorkWise is provided to students approaching the end of their time in High School and builds on the foundations laid by Futurewise and the previous three years in High School. But the focus is on bridging the gap between the world of school and the world of work. Find out more…click here.

Young Chamber

Young Chamber is a true all-abilities, all-age groups programme in support of Enterprise Education which can involve all students within a school. It is run by the Young Chamber Council, drawn from the students and advised by the Norfolk Chamber, the school’s management team and the governers. Find out more…click here..

FutureWise

Schools and Norfolk Chamber recognise that an enterprising attitude instilled at an early age can help students through their High School life. Our programmes start with Futurewise specifically aimed at students in their first year at High School to help the cope with the changes and demands of progression they will encounter during their four years in High School.
